🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage global product ship hold process across all entities
• Extract and analyze product data from ERP systems for quality activities
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve product data issues
• Support internal and external audits for data accuracy

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in scientific or technical discipline
• 6+ years of data-focused experience using SAP
• 3+ years of experience with field actions or product hold processes
• Mastery of SAP and product data structures

• Experience with post-market quality activities
• Advanced knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO standards
• Program management experience in a quality function
