🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and communicate strategic school vision and plan
• Conduct daily teacher observations and provide real-time feedback
• Analyze academic, instructional, and culture data to identify trends
• Build a joyful and rigorous school culture with consistent expectations

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of teaching experience with evidence of outstanding student growth
• 2+ years of experience as an instructional leader or assistant principal
• Bachelor's degree (required); Master's preferred
• Strong data analysis skills to extract insights from school-wide data
