As a Shift Leader at Blank Street, you'll lead a team to deliver quality coffee and exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. You'll support the General Manager with training, operations, and initiatives to drive sales and community impact.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service or hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of coffee and equipment
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Able to work at fast pace in high-volume environments
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer connections

Responsibilities

• Craft coffee products and serve customers with energy and warmth
• Support GM and training team to train new employees
• Open and close location safely as key holder, ensure cleaning duties
• Handle minor customer issues positively
• Lead initiatives with operations and marketing to increase sales and foot traffic
