• Oversee visual merchandising execution and floor standards
• Lead product placement and stock management decisions
• Manage visual team scheduling and payroll
• Collaborate with store leadership on business planning

📋 Requirements

• Prior leadership experience in retail or related industry
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for entire shift
• Proof of right to live and work in the UK
