💼 About This Role

You'll lead technical support and community advocacy for Lightdash, an open source BI tool. You'll help users succeed through Slack, calls, and pair-programming, while leveraging AI tools to transform analytics workflows. This role combines deep technical expertise with relationship-building to drive user success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to user questions in shared Slack channels daily
• Diagnose bugs and pair-program through complex issues
• Create tutorials, demos, and documentation for Lightdash
• Develop community engagement strategies and identify champions

📋 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with dbt, SQL, data modeling, and modern data stacks
• Comfortable with git, the command line, and data visualization tools
• Proficient with AI coding assistants and productivity tools
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
