You'll build executive-level trusted advisor relationships with customers' IT, Engineering, and Support organizations to accelerate their digital journey. Your core impact will be driving adoption of PagerDuty's real-time operations platform and delivering measurable business value. This role stands out by partnering with Fortune 100 clients and shaping their digital transformation initiatives.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Build executive-level trusted advisor relationships with customers' IT, Engineering, and Support teams.
  • Guide customers on process, people, and change management best practices for real-time operations adoption.
  • Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation plans in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Produce and execute a comprehensive adoption path showing current and target future states with timeline.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 8-10 years of relevant customer-facing experience and a demonstrated track record of success
  • Proficiency in developing comprehensive business value ROI models
  • In-depth expertise in SaaS business models, market trends, and competitive landscapes
  • Strong understanding of IT enterprise architecture, DevOps principles, and modern IT monitoring

  • Strong consulting skills and proven results as a trusted advisor driving business value
  • Knowledge of PagerDuty products and platform features/capabilities
  • Experience working in a DevOps environment or with a company transitioning to DevOps
