You'll provide person-centered instruction to adults with developmental disabilities, helping them build skills for employment, volunteering, education, and community participation. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide person-centered instruction through planned community activities.
• Support individuals in accessing community resources and planning engaging activities.
• Take individuals on community outings for appointments or errands.
• Track and document progress with accurate case notes.
• Redirect inappropriate behaviors and facilitate positive resolutions.

📋 Requirements

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to undergo a state and federal fingerprint background check.
• CPR Certification and a recent TB test (can be obtained).
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
