You will use your coding and Hindi language expertise to train large language models by challenging them on software engineering tasks, documenting failure modes, and suggesting improvements. Your work directly powers the next generation of AI in education, research, and software development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or related field
• Real-world coding experience, technical writing in Hindi, or open-source contributions
• Fluent in Hindi and English
• Expertise in algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend/backend, cloud, systems
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills

Responsibilities

• Converse with AI models on software engineering tasks in Hindi
• Verify logical accuracy and coding fluency of model responses
• Assess naturalness and correctness of Hindi language usage
• Capture reproducible error traces to harden model reasoning
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
