You'll drive the development of local payment solutions within the coins.ph app, from concept to launch. You'll manage payment partnerships with PSPs and banks, ensuring alignment with product strategy and regulatory requirements. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive end-to-end development of local payment solutions within the app.
• Translate client and market needs into product requirements and solution designs.
• Identify, onboard, and manage local payment partners including PSPs and banks.
• Engage with enterprise clients to understand payment needs and pain points.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or product partnerships.
• Strong understanding of local payment rails, PSPs, e-wallets, and banking integrations.
• Proven experience working with payment partners (e.g., FIUU or similar).
• Experience translating business needs into product/technical requirements.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience launching or scaling payment products in Southeast Asia.
• Familiarity with APIs, payment processing flows, and reconciliation.
• Experience working with BSP-regulated institutions.
