🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality outpatient PT care in patient's home
• Create and follow individualized care plans
• Manage your own schedule via Luna's platform

📋 Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license
• Reliable transportation for in-home visits
• 1+ years of experience
• Liability insurance and CPR/BLS certification
