You'll lead end-to-end product design for onboarding, activation, and habit-building experiences on a growing athlete platform. You'll collaborate with product, engineering, data, and research to shape user-centered solutions and drive long-term retention.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end product design for onboarding, activation, and habit-building journeys
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define opportunities and deliver user-centered experiences
• Use data and user insights to inform design decisions and prioritize features
• Own visual design, interaction, and prototyping for polished user experiences

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in consumer digital products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design and end-to-end user experience
• Experience designing journeys that increase activation and retention
• Proficient with Figma, FigJam, and prototyping tools

• Experience with gamification
• Motion design experience or willingness to learn
