💼 About This Role

You'll own the administration and configuration of Greenhouse Recruiting and related talent systems, driving system strategy and managing integrations with Workday. You'll also develop scalable, automated solutions to support business growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own overall administration and configuration for Greenhouse Recruiting.
• Design and implement integrations with Workday and other systems.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for integrations.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system integrations, APIs, and data flows.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in HRIS, Recruiting Systems, or Systems Administration.
• Proven experience owning or heavily administering Greenhouse or comparable ATS.
• Hands-on experience building or managing system integrations (ATS ↔ HRIS ↔ vendors).
• Experience leading system implementations or enhancements.
