You'll work as part of a team with CFGI professionals, Big 4 auditors, and client management on accounting advisory engagements. You'll gain exposure to diverse industries and projects, making a true business impact. This role offers flexibility of office/remote/client site work and the chance to own projects from start to finish.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare operational due diligence for complex transactions.
• Perform accounting projects for carve-outs and integrations.
• Provide operational senior accounting support to clients.
• Prepare financial and regulatory SEC filings.

📋 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting (or CPA/MBA with experience).
• 2-5 years in public accounting or industry accounting/finance.
• Minimum 2 years at a Big 4 firm (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC).
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting.
