You'll define safety architecture and drive system integration from cell to grid. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define system-level architecture and functional requirements for energy storage systems
• Lead functional safety architecture including fault detection and diagnostics
• Drive cross-functional integration across embedded software, power electronics, and mechanical subsystems
• Develop and validate system models (performance, thermal, electrical behavior)
• Build and mentor a high-performing systems and embedded team

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in systems engineering, embedded systems, or electrical engineering
• Strong background in safety-critical systems such as battery systems, automotive, or aerospace
• Experience defining and managing system requirements and architecture
• Deep understanding of embedded systems and real-time controls

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with battery management systems (BMS) or energy storage systems
• Background in functional safety standards (ISO 26262, IEC 61508, UL 9540)
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments
