💼 About This Role
You'll be the first US-based Customer Success Manager, driving momentum and managing complex implementations for insurance customers. You'll protect and grow ARR while establishing Sprout.ai as a trusted name in North America. This is a chance to localize our playbook, pave the way for future hires, and directly influence the product roadmap.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own post-sale customer relationships and ensure on-time delivery and ROI
- End-to-end project delivery for enterprise engagements from onboarding to optimization
- Develop Success Plans mapping product value to measurable business outcomes
- Drive adoption, change management, and run regular business reviews
📋 Requirements
- Proven track record delivering complex software projects
- Experience serving enterprise customers with stakeholder management
- Commercial awareness in protecting renewals and driving expansion
- Hands-on project management skills including planning and risk mitigation
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience as a Business Analyst or in a Technical role
- Knowledge of the Insurance sector and claims pain points
- Experience building AI products
