💼 About This Role

You'll be the first US-based Customer Success Manager, driving momentum and managing complex implementations for insurance customers. You'll protect and grow ARR while establishing Sprout.ai as a trusted name in North America. This is a chance to localize our playbook, pave the way for future hires, and directly influence the product roadmap.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own post-sale customer relationships and ensure on-time delivery and ROI
  • End-to-end project delivery for enterprise engagements from onboarding to optimization
  • Develop Success Plans mapping product value to measurable business outcomes
  • Drive adoption, change management, and run regular business reviews

📋 Requirements

  • Proven track record delivering complex software projects
  • Experience serving enterprise customers with stakeholder management
  • Commercial awareness in protecting renewals and driving expansion
  • Hands-on project management skills including planning and risk mitigation

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience as a Business Analyst or in a Technical role
  • Knowledge of the Insurance sector and claims pain points
  • Experience building AI products
