Description

You will design and maintain scalable test automation frameworks, integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with engineering, product, and UX teams to drive a culture of quality. You'll implement robust automation using Python and Robot Framework, leverage AI tools to boost development velocity, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in software quality engineering with deep expertise in test automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium)
• Strong coding skills in Python or JavaScript, writing clean, modular, maintainable code
• Understanding of Page Object Model and ability to implement scalable testing suites
• Experience with cloud environments (GCP or Azure), relational databases (SQL), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Familiarity with AI coding tools and understanding of their limitations

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale end-to-end automation frameworks for UI, API, and backend services
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for fast, reliable delivery
• Define and execute testing strategies across API, UI, integration, regression, performance, and security testing
• Mentor junior QA/SDET engineers on automation and quality best practices
• Leverage AI/ML tools for intelligent test generation, prioritization, and defect prediction
