Requirements
- 7-12 years of progressive HR experience
- Experience in an organization that scaled from early-stage through multi-hundred employees
- Deep familiarity with U.S. multi-state employment law
- Strong hands-on experience managing complex employee relations independently
- Comfortable advising senior leaders and executives; calm under pressure
