You will partner directly with U.S. business leaders on org design, workforce strategy, and employee relations in a high-trust individual contributor role. You'll handle sensitive matters, conduct investigations, strengthen talent processes, and ensure compliance as the company scales. This role blends strategic judgment with operational depth.

Requirements

• 7-12 years of progressive HR experience
• Experience in an organization that scaled from early-stage through multi-hundred employees
• Deep familiarity with U.S. multi-state employment law
• Strong hands-on experience managing complex employee relations independently
• Comfortable advising senior leaders and executives; calm under pressure
