Requirements

  • 7-12 years of progressive HR experience
  • Experience in an organization that scaled from early-stage through multi-hundred employees
  • Deep familiarity with U.S. multi-state employment law
  • Strong hands-on experience managing complex employee relations independently
  • Comfortable advising senior leaders and executives; calm under pressure
