You'll act as the technology business partner for Legal & Compliance functions, ensuring platforms, processes, and data flows align with regulatory and operational requirements. You'll own key compliance technology systems and lead initiatives that improve efficiency, governance, and automation across the stack. This role offers high visibility and collaboration with senior stakeholders in a global investment organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and optimize legal & compliance technology platforms.
• Translate regulatory needs into system requirements and enhancements.
• Lead system configuration, user access, and vendor coordination.
• Drive automation initiatives using modern tooling and AI solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in compliance, legal technology, or business systems in regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of SEC, FINRA, and related compliance requirements for asset management or private equity.
• Hands-on experience with compliance technologies such as communications surveillance and archival platforms (e.g., Behavox, Global Relay preferred).
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), analytics tools, and reporting platforms (Power BI, Excel, or equivalent).

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and information security concepts.
• Experience with AI-driven compliance tools or automation.
