You'll oversee production processes and manage the production team at Ajax Systems' new facility in Istanbul. You will be responsible for planning, analysis, and optimization of production efficiency, and leading continuous improvement efforts. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan, analyze, and optimize production efficiency.
• Analyze and improve production systems and processes.
• Manage monitoring and review of internal quality processes.
• Lead team communication and translate strategy into goals.

📋 Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2-3 years of production field experience.
• Experience with process control and continuous improvement tools.
• Business fluent Turkish and English.
