You'll manage a portfolio of high-value merchant accounts within the payments and fintech ecosystem, acting as a trusted business partner to drive revenue growth and optimize payment performance. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, legal, and finance to deliver seamless service.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic merchant accounts
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by analyzing transaction data
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders
- Monitor KPIs like approval rates and conversion rates
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years in Account Management or Customer Success in FinTech/Payments
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems and transaction flows
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret transaction data

- Experience with KPIs such as conversion rates and processing volumes
- Strong communication skills in Russian (mandatory)
