You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, legal, and finance to deliver seamless service.

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic merchant accounts
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by analyzing transaction data
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders
  • Monitor KPIs like approval rates and conversion rates

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4+ years in Account Management or Customer Success in FinTech/Payments
  • Strong understanding of payment ecosystems and transaction flows
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
  • Advanced analytical skills to interpret transaction data

  • Experience with KPIs such as conversion rates and processing volumes
  • Strong communication skills in Russian (mandatory)
