๐ผ About This Role
You'll build the operational foundation for Engine's channel motion, owning the systems, attribution logic, and pipeline infrastructure that make TMC relationships and strategic alliances work at scale. This role sits inside the Partnerships pod, acting as the connective tissue between partner-facing teams and revenue systems. You'll solve permanently the problems of partner-sourced versus partner-influenced attribution and overlay compensation structures.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build pipeline infrastructure including stage logic and attribution models
- Own attribution influence modeling for partner-sourced vs. partner-influenced revenue
- Configure CRM for channel complexity including account mapping and partner records
- Model overlay compensation and flag attainment anomalies
- Optimize partner-facing tooling and automate manual coordination
๐ Requirements
- 4-6 years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations
- Salesforce CRM experience including custom objects and partner community configuration
- Understanding of partner attribution methodologies
- Experience building pipeline reporting for indirect sales motions

- Experience with co-sell tracking tools
- Experience with account mapping tools like Crossbeam or Reveal
