💼 About This Role

You'll deliver vehicles directly to customers using custom car haulers as a Customer Advocate for Carvana, the fastest-growing used automotive retailer. You'll ensure safe vehicle transport and provide excellent customer experiences at the point of delivery. This role offers performance-based pay increases every 90 days.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver vehicles to customers using custom car haulers
• Load and unload vehicles onto the hauler
• Complete customer paperwork and update tracking system
• Inspect car-hauler for safety and cleanliness

📋 Requirements

• At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
• Ability to obtain a Notary within 90 days
• Physically able to lift and carry 50 lbs
• Valid driving record per Carvana's CMV policy
