You'll orchestrate internal and external teams to deliver fiber projects on time and clear roadblocks. Your core impact is ensuring services meet quality standards while coordinating resources across departments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate resource allocation for survey and installation requests
• Serve as primary point of contact for internal customers (Sales, SAQ)
• Facilitate movement of tasks across departments and external bodies
• Submit monitoring reports to management

📋 Requirements

• Knowledgeable in passive optical networks or similar
• Strong OSP/ISP or fiber skills
• Strong documentation skills using Google Suites or MS Office
• Ability to work under high pressure situations

✨ Nice to Have

• Degree in relevant area
• Experience on GPON networks
• At least 2 years in a senior role with team leadership
