You'll support store leadership in daily operations and help create an amazing shopping experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new team members and drive sales performance. This part-time role offers you the chance to grow with a passionate team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return
• Cover sales floor and provide leadership support when manager is away
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using fandom knowledge
• Open and close the store as needed

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• Love for music and pop culture
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
