🎯 What You'll Do

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in the SAFE platform
• Create and update technical documentation and runbooks
• Assist customers with product setup and integration best practices
• Learn scripting skills (Python, SQL, OPAL) for data analysis and automation

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related technical field
• Foundational knowledge of Python or SQL
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Clear and professional communication skills
