You'll support the launch and adoption of a robotic surgical technology for BPH treatment, working with surgeons and clinical teams. Your core impact will be ensuring safe, efficient procedures and helping surgeons progress through onboarding milestones. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Support system launch and procedural success across assigned accounts
• Train surgeons and OR staff on system setup and workflow
• Track surgeon progression through onboarding milestones
• Assist Territory Managers in sales planning and account development

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years in medical device or B2B sales
• Ability to travel up to 75% domestically
• Achieve clinical proficiency independently within 60 days of training

• Strong clinical communication and OR familiarity
• Proficient in OR training and procedural support
• Fluent in Spanish preferred
