🎯 What You'll Do

• Use people metrics to identify trends and suggest solutions
• Manage EOR platforms and direct HR operations in India

• Handle employee relations, mediate conflicts, guide managers
• Facilitate learning, performance reviews, and feedback loops

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in People Operations, HR Generalist, or HRBP roles
• Deep understanding of labour laws in India and working knowledge of African countries
• Proven ability to manage HR administration flawlessly
• Strong tech-savviness with HRMS platforms

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with HiBob, Zinc, Multiplier, Confluence
• Experience in high-growth FinTech or B2B tech startup
• Background in designing L&D or engagement programs
