Description

You will analyze clinical laboratory specimens following standard methods and procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. You'll maintain equipment, perform quality control, and act as a resource for troubleshooting and protocol updates.

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience as Medical Technologist or equivalent in clinical lab
• BS/BA in Medical Technology, Biological Sciences, or related field
• Current California CLS or CGMBS license
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in Molecular Biology

Responsibilities

• Verify and analyze clinical specimens with high accuracy
• Follow GLP and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Recognize and escalate equipment malfunctions, troubleshoot common errors
• Participate in updating standard operating procedures and database
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agency requirements through proper documentation
