You'll lead social-emotional learning programs and drive positive school culture at DREAM's Highbridge Elementary School. You'll manage after-school, summer, and enrichment activities, coach teaching staff, and ensure high-quality programming that supports student growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead after-school, summer, and enrichment programming execution.
• Coach and provide feedback to enrichment teachers and staff.
• Supervise Assistant Dean and manage part-time staff hiring.
• Develop site-level protocols and ensure compliance with grant requirements.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education, social work, or related field.
• 5+ years leading youth development programming.
• 3+ years people management experience.
• Experience in K-12 Charter Schools.
