You will own the post-onboarding stage for mid-market enterprise and strategic accounts, driving long-term retention, product adoption, and customer satisfaction. Leading three specialized teams, you'll ensure Connecteam's platform is successfully implemented across all levels of large organizations, from the C-suite to frontline employees, while managing customer relationships and optimizing success outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years managing Customer Success teams in SaaS enterprise environment
  • Experience implementing products in large organizations
  • Proven success in managing complex customer relationships
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Strategic mindset with ability to solve problems at scale

Responsibilities

  • Own post-onboarding stage for mid-market and strategic accounts
  • Lead and mentor three customer success teams
  • Drive retention, gross retention, and customer expansion
  • Ensure product adoption from C-suite to frontline employees
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
