Description

You will implement, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, including Dynamics 365 Sales, Field Service, Customer Service, and Customer Insights – Journeys, along with Microsoft Power Platform. You'll work closely with delivery teams and client stakeholders, contributing to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Requirements

  • Experience implementing or supporting Dynamics 365 Sales and/or Field Service
  • Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Experience configuring workflows, forms, views, and business rules in Dynamics 365
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

  • Configure and support Dynamics 365 Sales, Field Service, Customer Service, and Customer Insights – Journeys solutions
  • Assist with Power Platform implementation, including Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Configure business processes, workflows, and automation in Dynamics 365
  • Participate in workshops, requirements discussions, and solution reviews with clients
  • Support data migration, integration, solution documentation, testing, and UAT
