Description

You will configure and optimize the production space, collaborate with mechanical design engineers, and create process documentation, tooling, and production schedules to support Jupe's innovative flat-packed shelter platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience in complex manufacturing
• Familiarity with manufacturing material systems and coatings
• Mastery with CAD software (OnShape, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, AutoCAD, Rhino)
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt process documentation (e.g., Manufacturing Instructions, PFMEA, Control Plans)
• Create and maintain sketches, engineering drawings, and CAD models
• Design and build mechanical tooling
• Investigate and solve production problems
• Develop data-driven operational and financial decisions through predictive insights
