You'll build, deploy, and maintain ML infrastructure for oscillation, a fintech risk decisioning platform. You'll own the systems that take models from development to production, working with data scientists and product teams. This role offers the opportunity to shape ML engineering standards and own production reliability for real-time decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Scale and optimize existing ML systems for performance and cost-efficiency
• Build reproducible, automated ML pipelines for training and deployment
• Design and implement new ML infrastructure components
• Set ML engineering standards and mentor teammates

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years building production ML infrastructure
• Strong software engineering and distributed systems experience
• Hands-on experience with full ML lifecycle in production
• Proficiency in Scala and Python with Spark/Flink

• Experience building ML infrastructure for fintech applications
• Track record of scaling ML systems through significant growth
• Prior experience as ML engineer at a startup
