You'll lead mechanical design and integration of payloads into autonomous aerial systems for a defense tech company. Your work directly impacts the performance of drone platforms like Ghost and Altius in coordinated team operations. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Integrate, verify, and validate weapon systems on UAS platforms
• Develop program plans, estimates, and schedules
• Troubleshoot conflicting design/development requirements
• Support lab, ground, and flight test events

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• 9+ years experience (or 7+ with Master's, 5+ with PhD)
• Software programming experience (C++, MATLAB, Python)
• Experience integrating weapons, payloads, or avionics onto aircraft

• Experience in NX/Teamcenter
• Experience in Solidworks
• Experience designing mechanical parts and test equipment (CAD)
