You'll work in small teams within an open, transparent environment to generate research ideas and improve trading strategies. You'll own strategy end-to-end from modelling to production monitoring. This role offers the opportunity to invest in a fund with a net annualized return over 50%.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Research and develop new trading strategies
• Improve existing HFT algorithms and models
• Monitor and optimize strategies in production
• Collaborate with team and share findings

📋 Requirements

• Previous quant experience in HFT
• Deep understanding of probability and statistics
• Data modelling and scientific thinking skills
• Coding skills, e.g., Python
