💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's Fleet Maintenance team to keep our Class 8 trucks and trailers safe and reliable. Your work directly impacts vehicle uptime and helps revolutionize the car buying experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on Class 8 fleet
• Diagnose electrical, engine, and transmission problems using diagnostic tools
• Repair aftertreatment systems and perform regens and filter changes
• Maintain accurate records and ensure DOT compliance

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Heavy-Duty Class 8 trucks or similar equipment
• Strong diagnostic skills for diesel engines and vehicle systems
• Proficiency with diagnostic software and laptop use
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with aftertreatment systems and electrical diagnostics
• Comfortable with MIG welding
• T-series ASE certifications
