💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a key legal partner to Product, R&D, and Marketing teams, embedding privacy and AI governance into healthtech product development. You'll enable responsible innovation at a publicly traded digital health company while managing cutting-edge issues at the intersection of data and AI. This role offers meaningful exposure to transformative healthcare technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain privacy and AI governance policies and procedures.
• Advise cross-functional teams on privacy and AI legal risks.
• Lead privacy and data protection impact assessments.
• Support incident response and regulatory inquiries.
• Draft and negotiate agreements with privacy implications.

📋 Requirements

• 6-8 years of legal experience in privacy and data protection.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Deep knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA.
