You'll blend SQL development (80%) with core DBA duties (20%) to deliver high-quality healthcare data solutions. Collaborate with developers, cloud engineers, and architects to optimize performance and ensure reliability across on-prem and cloud SQL platforms. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Write, review, and optimize stored procedures and T-SQL queries
• Configure and maintain on-prem and cloud SQL Server instances
• Troubleshoot performance issues using execution plans and DMVs
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and security strategies

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years as a SQL Server DBA in a production environment
• Advanced T-SQL skills including complex query optimization
• Hands-on experience with Amazon RDS for SQL Server
• In-depth knowledge of indexing strategies and execution plans

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure or Google Cloud SQL
• Familiarity with HIPAA, SOC 2, or HITRUST compliance
• PowerShell scripting for automation
