💼 About This Role

You'll join Torc's SW Systems and Safety - Behaviors Autonomy Team, building the data and software infrastructure that powers autonomy system evaluation and decision-making. You'll develop tools for large-scale analysis of autonomy data across mapping, simulation, and real-world environments. This role is focused on executing production-quality Python and C++ code.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain Python-based data pipelines for autonomy datasets
• Develop tools to extract and manipulate data from cloud storage
• Work with HD/SD map data, vehicle telemetry, and simulation outputs
• Write performant and scalable code for data processing and analysis

📋 Requirements

• BS + 6+ years or MS + 3+ years or PhD + 1+ years in CS or related field
• Strong proficiency in Python for production-level development
• Experience with large-scale datasets and data processing systems
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with C++ in production systems
• Exposure to ROS/ROS2 or similar robotics frameworks
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and distributed compute
