💼 About This Role

You'll install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings. You'll diagnose issues, perform routine maintenance, and ensure code compliance while delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Install and maintain furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, boilers, and ductwork.
• Diagnose HVAC issues using meters, gauges, and specialized tools.
• Perform system replacements, upgrades, refrigerant charging, and airflow balancing.
• Complete service tickets, collect payments, and coordinate with customers.

📋 Requirements

• Licensed HVAC Technician in Connecticut or equivalent certifications.
• EPA 608 Certification.
• Minimum 5 years residential and light commercial HVAC service experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical codes, and refrigeration principles.

• Experience with older HVAC systems and retrofit situations.
• Leadership or mentoring experience.
• Proficient with mobile work order apps and time tracking systems.
