You will lead end-to-end operations of global growth programs including grants and accelerators, partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Marketing, and drive XRP Ledger adoption. This hands-on role focuses on scaling high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years operating global accelerator or grants programs
• Strong operational background with multi-stakeholder workflows
• Familiarity with capital deployment mechanics for grants and payments
• Data-savvy with proficiency in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau) and project management tools
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end operations of ecosystem growth programs (grants, accelerators, hackathons)
• Drive global program growth ensuring consistent execution across regions
• Partner with finance, legal, compliance, and marketing for seamless delivery
• Monitor budgets, process payments, and ensure fiscal accountability
• Maintain CRMs and dashboards tracking program metrics and outcomes
