💼 About This Role

You'll own product strategy and execution for a portfolio of clinical and regulatory products used by over 30,000 provider organizations. You'll drive product decisions grounded in customer insights and data, and identify opportunities to modernize legacy products through AI and automation. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Senior Care products
• Drive product decisions grounded in customer insights and business value
• Partner with engineering teams to shape solutions and deliver outcomes
• Navigate complex clinical and regulatory domains to guide product direction

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience
• Experience managing software products through full development lifecycle
• Strong background in healthcare IT, clinical workflows, or regulatory systems
• Ability to influence and drive alignment across engineering, design, and business stakeholders

• Experience building or integrating AI/ML-powered product features
• Familiarity with clinical documentation or regulatory instruments (MDS, LTCF)
