You'll deploy and scale AI-native data infrastructure in real-world enterprise environments, acting as a bridge between ML and operations. You'll own the full stack from Kubernetes clusters to semantic pipelines, ensuring seamless customer deployments and rapid value delivery. This founding team role offers direct impact on product direction and close collaboration with early adopters across insurance, travel, and technology.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and scale Kubernetes-native platform across hybrid cloud environments
• Own provisioning, monitoring, and incident handling for data/ML pipelines
• Optimize distributed compute systems using Ray, Kubernetes, and cloud services
• Interface directly with early customers to understand workflows and edge cases

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in backend or infrastructure roles
• Deep familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and Helm
• Experience managing distributed compute frameworks like Ray, Dask, or Spark
• Fluency in Python, Bash, or Go

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience deploying or integrating LLMs or vector databases
• Background in ML Ops or data infrastructure at scale
• Prior startup or zero-to-one deployment experience
