Description

You'll be Bree's first Product Manager, stewarding the product through the next phase of growth in a hands-on role. You'll drive outcomes end-to-end by identifying high-leverage problems, translating them into specs, shipping quickly with engineering and design, and closing the loop with measurement and iteration. This role offers broad ownership across product strategy, execution, and cross-functional leadership in a fast-growing fintech company.

Requirements

• Current PM / Senior PM (or high-performing Associate PM) ready for broader scope and ownership
• Experience shipping consumer products with high velocity (mobile/web), with strong execution habits
• Comfort working in fintech, lending/credit, payments, fraud, collections, or other risk-sensitive systems (nice to have, not required)
• Strong analytics mindset (SQL and/or deep dashboard literacy) and experience defining success metrics + instrumentation
• Track record of shipping meaningful improvements while maintaining quality and stakeholder alignment

Responsibilities

• Own a core product area (you’ll start with one clear surface area, then expand scope as we scale)
• Build and maintain a prioritized roadmap grounded in measurable impact
• Turn ambiguous problems into PRDs/specs that engineering and design can execute quickly
• Partner deeply with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Underwriting/Risk, CX, and Compliance
• Define success metrics for every initiative and ensure clean instrumentation before launch
• Run tight launch loops: ship → measure → learn → iterate (fast, disciplined, and data-driven)
• Improve internal execution: help establish cadence and artifacts (weekly execution, quarterly planning, post-launch reviews)
