💼 About This Role

You'll join Pantheon's Private Credit team to evaluate and execute secondary market investments in credit assets. You'll build financial models, perform due diligence, and support deal closing. This role offers exposure to a leading institutional investor in a growing asset class.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate and underwrite new investment opportunities with financial modeling
• Prepare investment committee presentations and proposals
• Monitor portfolio and track deal pipeline in CRM
• Support sourcing activities with GPs, LPs, and intermediaries

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in investment banking or credit investing
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
• Strong understanding of credit investing and leveraged buyouts
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
