Description

You will manage Cobo's corporate IT systems and endpoint environment, including employee accounts, devices, and productivity tools. You'll respond to security events, support internal users, and collaborate with Security, Compliance, and Engineering teams to improve IT operations and security standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• 2-5 years in Corporate IT, IT Operations, or System Support
• Hands-on experience with Windows and macOS in enterprise
• Experience with endpoint security solutions (e.g., EDR, antivirus)
• Familiarity with identity and access management tools

Responsibilities

• Manage daily IT operations and endpoint environment
• Handle employee accounts, devices, and access management
• Monitor and respond to endpoint security events
• Resolve office IT and security issues for internal users
