You'll provide one-to-one home care to clients in Irwin, PA, on a flexible schedule you choose. Your core impact will be assessing and monitoring clients' conditions while executing doctors' orders. BAYADA offers preventive care coverage for all employees, even PRN.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Travel to client homes on a schedule you choose
• Execute and document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor client conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations

📋 Requirements

• Current valid LPN license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
• Valid MAR-WPA certification
