Description

You will lead operational domains such as fraud detection and listing verification, using data to surface root causes and influence product strategy. You'll own business reviews, partner with Product and Engineering, and ensure operational readiness for major launches.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product operations, trust safety, program management, or equivalent analytical operations role
• Proven ability to influence skeptical stakeholders using data
• Natural root cause thinker
• Experience building or managing feedback loops
• Strong analytical toolkit: SQL preferred, Excel proficiency required, comfort with AI tools a plus
• Project management experience (Asana or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Mine operational data to surface root causes and translate findings into business recommendations
• Own the narrative for weekly business reviews (WBRs)
• Partner with Product and Engineering to influence roadmaps
• Monitor queue health, SLA adherence, and decision accuracy
• Detect, triage, and coordinate resolution of operational breakages
• Distill agent and frontline feedback into structured insights
