You'll lead the implementation of Zoom Contact Center solutions for clients, ensuring high-quality delivery through structured testing and validation. You'll work as part of a project team to enhance software written in JavaScript and support production environments.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Configure and deploy Zoom Contact Center, WFM, QM, and AI solutions
• Implement high-complexity projects with multiple dependencies
• Mentor software engineers and participate in code reviews
• Code and test projects using JavaScript and related technologies

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of Zoom Contact Center and UC experience
• Experience with CCaaS architecture for enterprise needs
• Knowledge of SIP Protocol, RESTful APIs, WebRTC, and SSO
• 2+ years of software development in JavaScript, Python, Java, or C++

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or engineering
• Experience with Conversational AI platforms
• Industry certifications for Zoom Contact Center
