Requirements
- Over 8 years leading high-visibility change management projects in tech
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and presentation)
- Ownership with bias for action mindset
- Basic understanding of genAI and willingness to learn Tableau
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end build and deployment of ML models for pricing and automation
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and commercial leaders on ML solutions
- Conduct BAU analyses and present actionable findings to senior stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve partner performance and pricing competitiveness
- Serve as subject matter expert on pricing and internal operations tools
